If you are experiencing any problems accessing the content provided on the website we would like to help you find out what is causing the problem.
The service requires to be accessed using Internet Explorer 7.0+ or Firefox V3 and the latest Macromedia Flash Player plugin.
Live streaming on the website (LIVE on navigation) is available to view on both PC and Mac operating systems and requires Flash Player 10 or later installed. Get the latest Macromedia Flash plugin. Flash is not supported on the iPad or iPhone, please visit TennisTV.com's iPhone App page to watch on these devices.

PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
How Do I Subscribe?
If you have not previously registered with the website, you should click on any of the 'Subscribe', 'Sign Up' or 'Watch Live' buttons found on the website.
This will take you to the registration page, where you will be able to select your payment options and enter your personal details. Following this process you will be automatically taken to the secure payment area serviced by our payment providers Netbanx or PayPal, depending on your choice, to complete your payment.
Following a successful payment transaction you will be redirected back to the website and able to access premium content. Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you used to register.
You will be charged a repeating annual or monthly subscription (depending on which package you selected), until cancelled by you or for as long as the payments are kept up to date.
If you subscribed with a Credit /Debit Card or by Paypal, you will need to make sure you cancel 2 working days before renewal or you will be billed for the next period of your subscription. If you are a Direct Debit customer, you will need to cancel your subscription 10 working days before renewal to avoid being billed for the next period of your subscription.
If you have an active subscription with TennisTV.com or any other affiliated website powered by TennisTV.com you can also use your login on the TennisTV apps for iPad, iPhone and Android to access premium content.
To cancel your account please ensure that you are logged in on the website which you have an active subscription to and then go to the "My Account" page (link in top right hand corner when logged in). Please select the 'Unsubscribe' tab and click the 'Unsubscribe Button'.
Alternatively please send an email to customerservices@performgroup.com with your username and cancellation request.
Please be advised that 2 working days notice is required for cancellation of subscriptions purchased through Credit/Debit Cards or Paypal. Direct Debit customers will need to cancel subscriptions 10 working days before renewal.
Cancellation within these periods may result in your being charged for the next period.
How Do I Pay For The Service?
We accept all major credit cards, including:

Please Note: We are unable to accept payments from American Express unless paid through PayPal. We are also unable to accept cash or cheque payments.
Your subscription is automatically renewing (whether monthly or annually), as stated in the terms and conditions
Why Should I use PayPal?
PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay. You can use your credit card or bank account without exposing your account numbers. You can link your credit card or bank account to your PayPal account so you don't have to enter your card number or address everywhere you shop. Just log in to PayPal and quickly check out in a few clicks.
I cannot remember my Paypal login or it's no longer working, what can I do?
If you cannot remember your PayPal login and password please click here and select the 'Forgotten My Password' (see below image) link and they will provide these details for you.
I have asked for a refund on PayPal, what is the process?

- Live streaming of the Sony Open (Miami) Men's singles finals is NOT available in the USA.

ATP World Tour 500 Tournaments:
- Live streaming of Rotterdam is NOT available in the Netherlands.
- Live streaming of Memphis and Washington is NOT available in the USA.

These tournaments are all available worldwide except from:

Live Streaming on iPhone, iPad and Android Apps
- All live matches featured on the website are also featured on the mobile Apps with the geographical restrictions mentioned above for the relevant tournament.
